The MOND TV platform utilizes a decentralized, modular processing model. Data is stored in isolated, module-specific SQLite databases rather than opaque monolithic systems. Schemas are fully inspectable. No hidden trackers or third-party fingerprinting scripts are used.
3. Server Operation & Log Files (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)
When accessing our application, connection data (IP address, timestamp, requested URI, browser headers) is processed automatically to ensure operational stability and defense against unauthorized access.
4. Payment Processing via Stripe
For transactions handled by Stripe, payment data is transferred strictly for contractual performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) to Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland.
5. Payment Processing via PayPal
If PayPal is selected, data required for processing the transaction is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
6. AI Processing (Local vs. Cloud APIs)
When utilizing local AI models (Ollama / Gemma), all prompts remain completely on-premise. If optional cloud APIs (Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude) are invoked, requests are processed solely for real-time inference under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
